The following Terms & Conditions are a binding agreement for THE SITE OR THE PLATFORM/NETWORK, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE SITE OR THE PLATFORM/NETWORK.

1. Orders will be delivered to the end users as per the rules and regulations of the company.

2. After placing an order with us, it is being dispatched only after confirmation of order with the customers regarding address and delivery date. So, it is requested to verify your name and contact no. with us.

3. Management has rights to cancel the order at any point in time without any prior notice.

4. Please do not accept the order if it is not in proper conditions. Once accepted, we will not be responsible

5. Pictures are used for representative purposes only. Actual products may vary in color, shape, size etc. At times it may happen that certain displayed items are not available as desired by the customers. In that case customers will be informed in advanced and final decision can be made by end users than after.

7. Displayed Price is final. No hidden charges, packaging costs and VAT are included.

8. For any query feel free to Contact Us and we do appreciate your feedback in order to improve our services, packaging, style etc.

9. We are not responsible of any damage of the items while it get transit to the buyers due to rain, sunlight, heat and so on. However precautions will be taken while packaging the products.

10. If the confirmed order is get rejected by the consumer after the dispatch of products from manufacture for any reason or the orders is get rejected due to non-deliverance, such orders shall be treated as fulfilled orders.

11. During festive seasons, orders might get dispatched late. So, it is requested to co-operate accordingly.

12. On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location.Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions. other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates.

RETURN POLICY

We believe to give you a great customer experience every time you shop with us, but considering the fact that same product cannot be used by other customers upon return due to hygiene factors, we don’t accept exchange or return of the products once sold or delivered. Only Products With Damage or Wrong Product are Eligible for refund, and have to be claimed within 3 days from the date of delivery.

 Return is not eligible if you Dont like smell of perfume after using, as these perfumes are Sealed Retail packs and are not meant for Testing... Kindly test them at nearby mall or shop before placing order or Kindly check review of perfume on https://www.fragrantica.com. If you dont like smell of perfume it is not our fault. There are thousands of perfumes and everyone have different choice.. so kindly order after testing it or after reading its review... WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURN IF PERFUME SEAL IS OPENED.
